Italian 4 course family style dinner

TRATTORIA LA FESTA

The chef-owners Antonio, Patrizia and Giancarlo, and staff cordially invite you to our four course family style tasting dinner. Seatings are 6:30 and 7pm , 8:30 and 9pm.Reservations only, confirmed by credit cards.

Stuzzichetti -- Snacks

Antipasto- Italian cured meats and cheese served with crostini tomato/basil, caponata and roasted pepper salad

Secondo Piatto- second course

Insalata Cesare - House  Caesar salad with roasted garlic dressing.

 

Pietanze- Third Course:          Choice of one
Crab meat ravioli -- fresh crabmeat ravioli with baby shrimp and shrimp bisque sherry cream sauce.

Chicken Marsala- breast of chicken with a delicate marsala wine sauce and mushrooms

Stuffed Filet Mignon of Pork- stuffed with roasted peppers, spinach and gorgonzola cheese, brandy demiglaze

Eggplant Involtini -- rolled eggplant stuffed with ricotta,roasted peppers and mushrooms, with marinara sauce & baked in the oven

Filet of Sole- stuffed with crabmeat and scallops in a brandy cream sauce and mini shrimp and fresh dill.

Black Angus Sirloin Pavarotti- stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella roasted peppers demiglaze.

Crispy Duck- half duck roasted and served with a barolo wine and cranberry demiglaze.

Ahi tuna -- rare grilled Ahi tuna served with a spicy puttanesca sauce

Dolce -- Fourth Course
Chef Patty's Famous Italian rum log with mascarpone and sliced almonds, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
