Rehearsal and Group Dinners (must be reserved at least one week ahead) The Family Style Dinner Trattoria La Festa's specialty is the "Family Style"dinner. This is a very popular style of eating in Italy. It consists of large platters of appetizers, salads, pasta , and a couple of main courses like poultry and fish, dessert and coffee. All courses are small portions and provide a colorful culinary tour of regional Italian cuisine. Antipasti misti - first course LENTICCHIE E SALSICCIA Roman lentil stew with wild boar sausage (traditionally brings good luck, health and wealth). PROSCIUTTO E FRUTTA 14-month cured Parma ham, served thinly sliced, with fresh melon and watercress. BRESAOLA ALLA BORMIO Air dried filet mignon sliced paper thin, served with capers, olive oil and parmigiano. CARPACCIO DI SALMONE Cured salmon served thinly sliced with capers, olives, onions and a drizzle of Tuscan olive oil. FRUTTI DI MARE ALLA ROMANA Fresh seafood, steamed al dente, marinated with a citrus emulsion and olive oil. BRUSCHETTE MISTE Sliced and grilled bread topped with various toppings.

LA PASTA-Third Course (Choice of One) GNOCCHI ALLA BOLOGNESE. Fresh potato dumplings with a zesty bolognese meat sauce. PENNETTE ALLA ROMANA. Penne pasta with a fresh tomato and basil sauce RAVIOLI D'ARAGOSTA - LOBSTER RAVIOLI Ravioli, filled with a mixture served with baby shrimp and topped with a lobster bisque sauce, laced with sherry wine & dill CANNELLONI VEGETARIANI- VEGETARIAN CANNELLONI Fresh pasta tubes filled with ground spinach and ricotta, served with a delicate rose’sauce with red peppers and fresh eggplant confetti.
